Mālō e lelei, I’m Lincoln Moa.

I’m a designer, illustrator and storyteller with over 15 years of experience creating meaningful visual experiences across branding, illustration, education and digital design.

Growing up in Aotearoa with Tongan heritage has shaped the way I see stories, identity and belonging. Through drawing, books, animation, games and fantasy worlds, I discovered the power of visual storytelling to inspire, educate and create connection.

Through MoaThought, I collaborate with organisations, communities and individuals to bring ideas to life. From children’s books and educational resources to branding, illustration and supporting academic research, I help translate complex ideas into engaging visual experiences that are thoughtful, purposeful and memorable.

Whether working with cultural organisations, educators, businesses or research institutions, my goal is always the same—to create design that communicates clearly, tells meaningful stories and leaves a lasting impact.
