Dreamwork Commission Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing a Dreamwork Identity Commission. Every artwork is created with care and is a collaborative creative process. Please read the following before submitting your commission.

Creative Process

Each Dreamwork is an original artwork created by Lincoln Moa. The information you provide through the Dreamwork form helps guide the creative direction, symbolism and storytelling of your commission. While your ideas and preferences are carefully considered, the final artistic interpretation remains at the artist’s discretion.

Delivery

Current Dreamwork commissions are delivered as high-resolution digital artwork via email.

Estimated completion time is generally 2–4 days, depending on current commission workload. If additional time is required, you will be notified.

Payment

Payment secures your place in the Dreamwork commission queue and confirms your booking.

Personal Information

Any personal information you provide, including your date of birth, family history or cultural background, is used solely to inform the creative process. Your information is kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties without your permission.

Copyright

Copyright remains with MoaThought unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your commission includes a licence for personal use, including printing for yourself or as a gift and sharing on personal social media with credit where possible.

The artwork may not be reproduced, resold, modified or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Portfolio & Promotion

Unless you request otherwise, completed Dreamwork commissions may be shared on the Moa Learning website, social media or portfolio as examples of commissioned work.

If you would prefer your artwork remain private, simply let us know.

Cancellations & Refunds

As each Dreamwork is a personalised commission created specifically for you, refunds cannot be provided once artwork has commenced.

If cancellation occurs before work has begun, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
